The upper floor is flooded with light from the multitude of oversized windows and expansive sliding glass door system, you have a Birds Eye view out to the lake and the cove. All of your family/friends can gather in the open concept kitchen, dining room & sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans/baking dishes/Tupperware etc. Double oven with a microwave combo ensures you'll have plenty of space to cook a big family meal. And plenty of plates/bowls/utensils for a large group. The primary bedroom has beautiful double French doors and large sidelight windows so you can lay in bed and fall asleep to the stars or wake up to the calm waves of the cove. The en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and an over-sized shower can't be beat - enjoy your own private spa like experience (we even have 2 choices of robes ready and waiting for you) There is a walk in closet incase you want to fully unpack - or if you like to live out of your suitcase you can leave sitting in the closet and tucked out of the way. The second upstairs bedroom also has a king size bed (all the bedrooms have king size beds) an en-suite bathroom, 2 closets and a smart TV Head downstairs to the 3rd bedroom, which in addition to the king size bed, you'll find an extra long twin size daybed. Off of the downstairs bedroom you'll find a large flex space with a full size futon bed, along with 2 over-sized bean bags. And if you don't feel like taking it easy there then go ahead and jump on the Peloton bike and take it for a spin - or use the TRX straps or any of the yoga equipment (we even have trapeze yoga slings) A coffee bar and beverage fridge are located downstairs as well in the office/laundry room space - no need to go upstairs and wake the rest of the house up if you want a drink or for your morning coffee. Step out onto the downstairs covered deck area and watch your favorite sports team on the outdoor TV or sit and swing your time away with a good book in any of the 4 hanging swings/hammock chairs. Feeling like getting more active - we've got it all = 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 fishing poles, multiple swim floats (including a 6 person "island" float - and yes we have an electric air pump to fill it and anything else up) We have outdoor games as well (paddle tennis, corn hole, slam ball, woofle ball, oversized Jenga etc etc) Feeling hungry yet - we've got a flat-top grill so take your cooking skills to the limit ... or break out your inner Italian and make the fastest pizza you'd ever imagine (90 seconds!) in the Ooni pizza oven! When you've finally ended your day head back into the house and plop yourself onto the overstuffed sofa and chair or take it up a notch and crash on the reclining chairs and watch the sunset in style.
