We came to Hot Springs to refresh our mind, body, and spirit, and this beautiful home had everything we could have needed and more! After adventuring in Hot Springs all day, coming home to this picturesque property made for a pleasant way to wind down the day. We enjoyed everything the relaxing back deck, the fire pit, the game room, the kitchen! This home had it all! Our fur babies felt right at home as well, and Jamie and April think of everything you and your babies could possibly need! I highly recommend their home as your home away from home when in the Hot Springs area!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one is by far the best and I truly hope to come back someday. Jamie and April are fantastic hosts and were very helpful. The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is so roomy and beautiful. The living room is big and inviting with super comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. This is a pet owners paradise. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard . We also used the dog wash station! The fire pit in the back yard was our favorite place to be at the end of the day. It rained one of the days we were here and we still enjoyed our time with all of the things to do here. The wrap around porch is so awesome, and having a grill area is definitely a plus. This home is close to hot spring and restaurants. We went to downtown Hot springs and enjoyed some of the springs and the lookout tower. We went to the diamond mine and the casino for horse racing! Absolutely amazing trip! I highly recommend!

Everything was great. However my wife is in a wheel chair and they had said that there was low or no step thresholds and no steps for the other rooms as well. So it was very easy to enter the house and the other rooms. The bath room doors were not wide enough for our wheel chair but were wide enough for our walker. The only thing that would have made it better for us would have been an accessible height tollet in a bathroom that also had a grab bar. It wasn't advertised as accessible, So it was still a great place. If they wanted to add these bathroom items they could also list it as an handicapped accessible location opening the place up to so many more people. For sure, my wife and I would stay here when we visit Hot Springs. Thanks

Spent a really nice weekend at Jamie & April’s house. Excellent setup for hanging out with the family playing games (indoor and outdoor). Super dog friendly! They loved swimming in the pond. They didn’t love bathing as much, but it was really easy with the dog washing station and supplies at the house. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and making s’mores with the kit that was provided by Jame & April. Only a few minutes from downtown Hot Springs which is a must do. Also, Garvan Gardens is magical! The kids and dogs loved it. The road noise when we were hanging out in the backyard was the only thing I wish we could have changed. Never would have guessed such a rural road had that much traffic, haha. Still, a great experience and one of the nicest airbnb setups we’ve stayed at. Lastly, Jamie was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
