This house was everything I expected it to be, a wonderful stay. House was extremely clean, and included tons of indoor fun for all. everything is exactly how the pictures are pre book and it’s the perfect house for anyone planning on making a trip to Royal, Arkansas. The scenery was beautiful and there were hiking trails super close by.

Beautiful property and a responsive host. Plenty of space for 3 families. There were a few broken items around the house (broken window in garage, hole in the back of one of the bedroom doors and a shade in the kitchen) and the downstairs smelled very musty. But these are all just normal maintenance issues with homes IMO. Overall, it is a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend and would come back again.

The Bear Lodge was absolutely beautiful. There was so much space to spread out. We didn’t feel like we were up under each other. The decor was appropriate for the setting and the house was just amazing. I would love to come during the summer to enjoy the pool and the pool bar. The outdoors spaces were just an added bonus to this listing. My friends and I came for Friendsgiving and we really felt at home at the lodge.
