What a fantastic little find for a night away. Tracy's place was perfect for a relaxing and private night away, everything you could need and some lovely touches to make you feel at home. Definitely be back here again!

Enjoyed a lovely 2 night break here at the garden retreat, the apartment is very private and cosy. We spent the day walking around Brighton so the hot tub was very welcome on our return! Tracy is a great host, will definitely be back!

Quiet residential sought after North Woodingdean in East Brighton. Situated just by Brightons Race course. Perfect for great walks on the South Downs. Brightons Marina is conveniently easy to reach if you are driving less than 7 minutes away. Also it benefits free parking.If you want less hassle than Brightons beach Rottingdean is the place to check out, very quaint & most definitely worth a visit.
Our local pub is a 15 minute walk away. We have a parade of shops Mini supermarket and Tesco express. A great Deli and a fantastic cake company. Just eat, plus all other deliveries are readily available.
Getting around is easy. Although not advisable to walk into town especially as we are surrounded by hills in Brighton. Pavement parking here is free so why not leave your car and pop on the bus which is a 2 minute walk away, it will take you no time 12 minutes to be in the city centre. Taxi’s & Ubers are reliable and easily accessible too costing £11
