A 10 feet wide and 12 feet long, south facing bedroom with large windows. Great street View and mountain view. A brand new, name brand, queen size mattress. A closet, a small table and night stand are in the room. Very fast (1200Mbps) internet and WiFi There are other people staying in the house. The kitchen, dining area, living rooms and laundry room are shared. Your room is the south bedroom at the 2nd floor of a 2800 square feet large house, a brand new house which was just built on 07/26/2023. The house backs to green belt and open space The house sits in a very small community which sits at the very edge of Town of Superior. West to it, lies 7000 acres Boulder County open space. From the house's living room, one can clearly see Flatiron Mountain in city of Boulder and Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park.
I stayed here twice. The house itself was great. No questions there. The area was nice in October when I came through. But in March, not so much. Superior Colorado has some of the worst snow clean up I have ever seen. Having lived in various parts of the country, I would have expected somewhere that is familiar with snow to be at least OK at snow clean up in the streets and access roads. But sadly I cannot say it was the case. So just be aware of this if visiting in the winter months.
My car was covered in a deep pile of snow from a winter snowstorm & I had to go to work. Changhong was kind enough to allow me to use his shovel. In other words, pleasant stay!
Changhong è stato un ottimo host, disponibile fin da subito. Indicazioni chiare, casa pulita e con tutti i comfort, purtroppo in una zona con tanti cantieri ma distante 15 minuti di macchina da Denver/Boulder (in auto) oppure 20/30 minuti di autobus (+10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata). Rapporto qualità prezzo comunque decisamente ottimo, e con tutti i negozi 2 minuti di distanza.

Our neighborhood is called Sagamore Subdivision in Town of Superior. It has a population less than 500.
Every house in our neighborhood was destroyed by a wild fire on 12/30/2021. Rebuilding started shortly after. Many houses have been rebuilt. For the rest, the most of them will be finished by November of 2023, but a few will last till April of 2024.

Where are Sagamore Homes located?
Conveniently located just behind the Costco off US-36 is where you’ll find the beautiful Sagamore homes subdivision in Superior, Colorado.
Unfortunately, this community fell victim to the terrible Marshall Fire. The community will rebuild and be wonderful once more. I have a new blog on rebuilding after the Marshall fire. My heart goes out to those in our community who lost their homes in this terrible tragedy.
Situated between Boulder on the West and Interlocken Technology Park and Flatiron Crossing on the East it creates a location close to the city of Boulder. A blend of modern single family homes yet strongly influenced by the natural beauty of a mountain town.
The community has a population of less than 500. 81% of the community are homeowners; Sagamore is a perfect place to meet long-lasting, trustworthy neighbors.
Getting outside in Sagamore
The community views itself as being very active as it backs up to open space filled with creeks and trails perfect for exploring as well as being just minutes from the Flatirons.
Within the subdivision are hidden public playgrounds and benches perfect for enjoying Colorado’s beautiful, sunny weather with your family. Enjoy 300 days of sunshine annually. Just outside the subdivision is Founder’s park. It’s the perfect place for taking a stroll with a friend, watching a local baseball game, or enjoy a game of pick up soccer. Exploring the Sagamore homes subdivision, it feels like a safe and friendly community with great walkability of the area.
Sagamore Family life
In addition to being active, this community is also very family and dog oriented. Simply by driving through Sagamore you will spot bikes in the front yard. Plenty of households boast basketball hoops in the driveways. And everywhere I look, I spot beloved dogs being walked.

Education in Sagamore Superior
Being located within Boulder County there is no lack of employment, nor educational opportunities. Boulder Valley School District is one of the top three in the state offering Superior Elementary (K-5) and Eldorado (K-8).
Sagamore Amenities
Besides being backed up to Boulder County’s open space and abundance of trails, the neighborhood is a two minute walk to the Superior Market Center. The Market Center is filled with everything from food to personal shopping to home improvement to specialists and even a party supply shop. Wayne’s Smoke Shack is some BBQ that should not be missed out on!
There is a Chuckie Cheese for kids, Sears, Whole Foods (read about all the natural grocery options in the area), gas station and more. Just across Hwy 36 is the local movie theater and more shopping/dining as well as Lowe’s and Home Depot.
Residents in Sagamore Homes subdivision can use the Louisville public library as well as the recreation centers.
