Five minute drive to the East Side, Brown, Rhode Island School of Design, Johnson &Wales, Rhode Island College, Providence College, Providence Performing Arts Center, Amica Pavillion, Convention Center, Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Providence Pedestrian Bridge, train station and hospitals. Close proximity to TF Greene (15 minutes) and Logan International(1 hour) airports. Head out to go ice skating or take a ride to Top Golf for a nice afternoon. You're near it all!

Alright! It was lovely ! Open floor plan and a fully equipped bathroom (I didn’t need to bring any toiletries!) I brought my whole family as well and the kids loved hanging out with the pup in the living room watching tv. I even managed to get some Work done. The host are sweet as pie as well.
Awesome clean place
Me and my friends really loved Michael’s place. It was easy accessible and right on the strip of Federal Hill which has tons of nearby restaurants and lounges. Everything was within either walking distance or just a quick Uber ride. We had no issues with Parking, the instructions were straight forward. The place was really nice! And the Newly renovated bathroom was awesome, the shower was pretty was cool. Although we really loved the location, for those that are looking for more a peaceful stay, this probably isn’t the place for you. There is a small bar on the lower level of the building & we could unfortunately smell smoke leading into the Apt. Another minor concern which I brought up to the host is that I notice a series of ants in the dining area which may require an exterminator to check it out. It wasn’t excessive, it’s just more of a heads up. Overall, I would definitely visit again, especially in the summertime when there are more things to do. Thank you again!!
Wonderful spot on a great street!
Michael was great and the spot was great. Clear instructions on checking in / out. Comfortable and clean. Apartment is a little creaky and you can hear the noise from outside at night, but that's to be expected in a busy area. Really enjoyed the stay.
