Address of the listing is inaccurate. Home wasn’t cleaned properly - floor was dirty, counters weren’t wiped, towels were dirty, bed had a weird plastic covering the mattress which made it extremely uncomfortable. Unit is located on a big street and even with the windows closed, a lot of traffic noise. Not a comfortable stay

We had a great time at this apartment and had a great experience with this host - would fully recommend! From our first enquiry JV Luxury Rent were fast to respond and very polite. The instructions for checking in could not be clearer both written and video instructions were sent to us. The dedicated parking space was close to the apartment so taking in our luggage was no hassle at all. We had two small issues whilst we were there, the first one was resolved within half an hour of reporting to the host. The other problem was a buildings issue so took slightly longer, but again handled quickly by the host - could not ask for better service. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and walkable to the Marina, Venice Beach, Abbott Kinney for the days you don't want to drive. We wouldn't hesitate to book with JV Luxury Rent again. The only thing we would mention is that the apartment faces a road so there was some outside noise but we were not in often so didn't bother us.

The place is great - everything that you need for the living with a dedicated parking lot, great neighborhood and close to Marina for walk/run. There is also 24/7 gym in the building. The host is very responsive, helped us at late hours to find a parking lot. Overall, great place to stay

This is the best airbnb I have stayed in and the host deserves to be a Super Host, unlike many places where the host has a Super Host status but is not. The lady who is the face of the business is a customer service superstar. I wish I knew her name. The texters could work on their communication skills but overall, they are eager to please. The suite is large and spacious and has all amenities and essentials for a long-term stay. It's smelled amazing and was really clean. JV Luxury is operating as a legitimate business in an apartment building. I am currently staying in an airbnb and I found out today that the property manager doesn't allow it and it's scary. With JV, you can be assured that nobody's going to come knocking at your door and disrupt your stay. I hope these folks continue to thrive.
