Located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, not far from the Seine and 25 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. This family apartment is ideal for your Parisian holidays. Close to the radio house, the Grenelle bridge and 10 minutes from the Beaugrenelle shopping center. Spacious and bright, this 135m2 apartment can accommodate up to 6 travelers: it is composed of 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a nice sunny terrace of 10m2 for lunch at 6 or have coffee during your stay. This large apartment of 135m2 + 10m2 terrace is spacious, bright and fully equipped, it is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a typical Parisian building. Be careful you will have to climb about twenty steps to access the elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor. It is composed of: - A large living room: a dining area with a table for 8 people, and a lounge area with sofas and television - A kitchen open to the living room, functional and fully equipped with a central island: dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave. You also have all the necessary dishes to cook according to your desires. There is also a workspace with a desk. For your stay, we provide dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules and coffee capsules. - A washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board etc ... - A master bedroom with a Queen size bed (180x200cm) and its private bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, and toilet. - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) with a desk - A third bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) with a desk - A separate bathroom with a bathtub and sink - Separate toilet - Plenty of storage: cupboards, shelves, wardrobe, drawers - There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Lovely apartment with lots of amenities to use. Felt light and airy with loads of space. We were a party of 4 adults. Really clear check in and check out instructions. We felt it was expensive but we assume that was due to the fact you can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony We were let down by our previous host as he cancelled the day before our travel so had limited time to look for accommodation at a better price. We had a great 5 days in Paris. Close to the metro and Seine.
Le logement était bien placé et correspondait aux photos. Cependant il faisait excessivement chaud et aucune indication n’était fournie sur le chauffage. Nous l’avons donc signalé dès notre arrivée mais l’hôte ne nous a pas répondu au téléphone. Nous avons ensuite communiqué par sms elle nous a dit que le propriétaire n’avait pas de solution et qu’il fallait faire avec de manière très expéditive. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres mais malgré tout cela était très désagréable. Il n’y avait pas de bouteilles d’eau dans l’appartement à notre arrivée et la propreté est vraiment à revoir le ménage est fait en surface mais il y avait beaucoup de poussière et les étagères des placards pas propres non plus. Enfin nous étions 6 il y avait pile le nombre de serviettes nous aurions apprécié qu’en restant 5 nuits des serviettes supplémentaires soient à disposition. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement..
Fantastic spacious apartment in a great location. Lots of great restaurants nearby, supermarket and local bakery round the corner. Very clean and organised. Slightly noisy at times from neighbouring properties. Would stay here again.
Loved the place! Great location. The apartment is so spacious, it does not feel like you are in Paris. Everything is new and remodel and we loved the kitchen. We are family of 6 and there was enough room for everyone. The host was very responsive and let us leave the luggage after checkout. Best place to stay, definitely will be coming again! Thank you
This place is really nice. It's big, the living area is an open floor plan and it's just really comfortable. The stove goes to Childs lock all the time but I will try to upload a video how to unlock it. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is super nice to have coffee or drinks on. It's really a spectacular place. We kept adding days onto our stay because we didn't want to leave. The only thing is it's a wee bit on the expensive side for what you can get. Paris is filled with amazing places at a lower cost. Was it worth it? For sure! Would I pay that much again, probably not. Great water pressure too.
