Beautiful, peaceful place with some issues. Upon arrival, I noticed about 15 stink bugs in the RV. A few are fine since it’s just an RV in the outdoors. But this was excessive. The hot tub was not to temperature (it was at 84 degrees) when I got there. Which makes sense because the check out instructions are to set the hot tub to 84 degrees. For me, the hot tub was the most important part and would not be available until the following day. I requested a refund for one night. They refunded $40 of the $51 I spent for one night without a notice or reason that they would only be partially refunding. The hot water in the shower either doesn’t work or takes more than 15 mins to get warm because I waited for it to get warm for about 15 mins and it never did. There was trash littering the back on the other side of the porch. There is no pan/cookie sheet for the oven so I had to use the flimsiest tin foil I’ve ever laid my hands on to cook. Also there is no oven mit. Why? So dangerous.

The place was as described, and worked wonderfully for our stay! I’d forgotten to pack sweetener for coffee, and they had some right in the cabinet. =) The one thing I wish I would have known is that there is a house on the same property, also used as an AirB+B, right next door. This was not disclosed until after I’d booked. There were people staying there at the same time that played loud music one night… so just be aware you may have close neighbors. =) Otherwise, the place was great!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and private location! Very clean, comfy bed, awesome porch! Would stay here again.

Very responsive. There was an issue with the TV not being hooked up and we got a reply within minutes and it was fixed.
