We had quite a bad experience. The apartment is described as “luxury” and that could not be further from the truth. - The shower didn’t drain properly so you stand in dirty water and risk flooding the floor to shower - there was a strong bad smell upon entering the unit - there was a vacuum along with black trash bags on the stairs that lead to a small door on the roof - the door to the roof is not secured and is only blocked by black trash bags - overall it was not clean and felt like we didn’t want to touch anything and we were relieved to leave. - beds & bedding were uncomfortable The positives: - The unit was spacious - the neighborhood felt safe enough to move around after dark - the host made sure an employee was there to help us check in at the time we discussed and was flexible. - host was able to recommend a parking area (paid) nearby which was helpful - eclectic area with character

En la dirección del apartamento no se nos facilitó el número del patio, por lo que anduvimos un poco perdidos. Afortunadamente un vecino nos ayudó y contactamos con el anfitrión, que llegó enseguida. A partir de ahí, fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber sobre el barrio y los servicios cercanos. El apartamento se encuentra cercano a la estación de metro y se puede ir andando hasta el London Bridge. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La limpieza mejorable y las pilas del baño y ducha están un poco atascadas. Además no disponíamos de toallas secamanos en el baño. La cocina tenía de todo lo necesario, aunque un par de cucharillas más no hubiera estado mal. En general, dada la relación calidad-precio, creo que se puede exigir un poco más de rigor en la limpieza y en detalles como los comentados. Aún así, estamos satisfechos con la experiencia.

Het appartement was oppervlakkig schoon. Verscholen plekken werden niet gereinigd. Badkamer oogt oud en niet schoon. Gordijnen zijn oud en viezig. Prima ruimte. 20 minuten lopen naar Tower is prima. Wanneer het echt schoon is en wat dingen worden vervangen dan is het goed.

Nice stay here, responsive host with flexible check in times. Apartment was as pictured, however we didn’t have access to extra bedding for pull out couch, spacious and close to Whitechapel station (about 7min walk).

Eine sorgfältigere Reinigung des Kühlschranks und der Schränke, sowie insbesondere der Vorhänge und Gardinen hätte die Wohlfühlatmosphäre erhöht. Eine Teekanne/Kaffeekanne war nicht vorhanden. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Raumangebot gut geeignet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und für Unternehmungen in der Stadt gut.
