Exclusive prestigious apartment on two levels with terrace, next to Porta Nuova, in Palermo. The apartment, with a unique and eccentric style that combines vintage and modern elements, is located on the second floor of a renovated building and spreads over two levels. The entrance opens onto an open space that accommodates several armchairs, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The living area follows on to the upper level, accessible by a private elevator, which comes with a living room featuring sofas, a television, a toilet and a large terrace equipped with a dining area overlooking Porta Nuova and Palazzo dei Normanni. The sleeping area is located on the first level of the apartment and includes three bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία και απόσταση που περπατιέται, σχεδόν μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Το γραφείο διαχείρισης απογοητευτικό. Τους ζητήσαμε νωρίς check in και μας είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Φτάνοντας εκεί, έπρεπε να ξαναφύγουμε γιατί καθάριζαν ακόμη. Στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχε μόνο χαρτί υγείας και απορρυπαντικό πιάτων. Δεν είχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια σε κανένα από τα τρία μπάνια, όπως επίσης δεν είχε κάδους απορριμάτων, εκτός από έναν μικρό στη κουζίνα, για 6 άτομα και 2 μωρά μόνο ενας μικρός κάδος και καθόλου σακούλες. Ζητήσαμε 2 babycots και 2 high chairs και μας έφεραν μόνο 1 babycot. Ζητήσαμε αντικουνουπικά, έξτρα μαξιλαροθήκες, σαπούνια και σακούλες και δε μας έφεραν τίποτα. Επίσης, ενώ πληρώνουμε έξτρα για τον καθαρισμό του σπιτιού, μας είπαν να πετάξουμε τα σκουπίδια και να πλύνουμε όλα τα πιάτα. Τέλος, μας έστειλαν μήνυμα πως έχασαν έναν πίνακα από ενα δωμάτιο κατά τη διαμονή μας κάτι που είναι σοβαρό ψέμα γιατί δεν ακουμπήσαμε τίποτα από το διαμέρισμα
Angelo greeted us at the door, gave us a tour, explained the neighborhoods, and made food recommendations which were very helpful. The place is even better in person. It was fun having an elevator to the lounge and terrace. Super cool view and outside living space. The noises were typical of a city neighborhood when the windows were open. The noises were diminished when the windows were closed. All five travelers were able to sleep comfortably and soundly. We couldn’t find eating plates although cooking ware, utensils, drinking cups and glasses were abundant. Also, bring your own hand soap and shampoo. This was not a dealbreaker as we enjoyed the space and location. The decor was fantastic with a lot of interesting books. I would definitely consider staying there again.
We had a wonderful time, the apartment is lovely and spacious and with great outdoor space. Also, location is fantastic for visiting the historical centre of Palermo!
