Our stay was a dream!!! We could not have lucked out with a better vacation largely due to the location of this property. We are already trying to decide when we can come back. During our stay we had one issue with the front door which was addressed immediately and with kindness. The linens and towels were clean and plentiful, and the kitchen well appointed for our needs. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, and minutes away by car to many other delicious local options. Grocery and pharmacy are up the road. The piece de resistance of this property, however is its unique location which cannot be fully realized until you book it. The views, pools, and potential bonus amenities are unparalleled. The location also offers easy access to el Yunque rainforest and Laguna grande bioluminescent bay experience, tours which I highly recommend. We cannot wait to return, and thank you Nestor and Francisco for memories that will last a lifetime time!!

What an incredible experience! Frank's place exceeded all my expectations. I was the second guest to stay at his new property nestled within the serene gated community of El Conquistador Casitas Village in Puerto Rico. In a rather bold move, I made the reservation without even seeing any pictures of the place. However, Frank's reassuring words and genuine kindness convinced me to take the plunge, and I am so grateful that I did. Upon receiving the photos just two weeks prior to my stay, I was already impressed. But when we finally arrived, I was absolutely astounded by its beauty. The property is not only stunning but also impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony just outside the master bedroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space to accommodate a large family comfortably. A heartfelt bravo to Frank and Nestor!

Outstanding views! The unit is beautiful! Super clean and well appointed. Very comfortable for our family of five, and could easily accommodate more guests. The kitchen has all appliances and gadgets needed for quick meals or cheffing it up. The location is close to the marina- a ten minute drive- to many boating excursions. Francisco was kind, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay in this unit again- wonderful memories!! Thank you Francisco!
