The house is as described and super cute! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The only small issue is the refrigerator makes a loud buzzing noise every once in while. May need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable, lines were clean, and plenty of towels. There’s a lot patio furniture options. The hot tub doesn’t get hot enough, but we prefer using the pool over the hot tub. Beautiful landscaping and view of the mountains. Love the private backyard. Overall, we loved the house and location. Close to restaurants and shopping.
We had such an amazing time!! It was absolutely beautiful and the out door space and backyard were amazing!! We would definitely stay again 😊
The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is relaxing, with pool and hot tub and mountain view. The house is cozy and comfortable. Near the Riverwalk for strolling. Hosts were very responsive on any questions or concerns, and friendly.
Such a lovely place to relax. The outdoor living space is delightful -- birds singing and zooming about, lovely lights in the evening, many places to relax, quiet (except for the gas-powered leaf blowing which destroyed one morning's peace and is actually not allowed in Palm Springs). The kitchen is well-provisioned for cooking and serving, and the indoor space is comfortable and easy to manage. The bedroom is lovely with natural light and the most comfortable bed ever.
Great location! The house was in a quiet neighbourhood only a 15min walk from the main strip with all bars and restaurants. After our first day, we noticed that the pool and hot tub were not as hot as they should have been. Taking into consideration that it was during the end of year holidays, we struggled to obtain a speedy response from the local property manager. Eventually, the thermometer sensor was fixed and the hot tub and pool were working as expected. Since we paid to have the water heated, we requested a partial refund which they agreed to. If you pay to have the water heated, check the pool and hot tub temperature on the first day to make sure the water heater is working properly. All in all, it was a spacious house with good sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and plenty of backyard space.
