Loved staying here! Great location on the river and very walkable to Ouray. The home was spacious & super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and its surroundings! Beautiful and friendly place to stay at. The only thing is that we had to ask for cleaning supplies so we could keep the place clean at all times but other than that it was great!! Definitely coming back!

This home was new, beautiful, comfortable and the location was stunning. Beds were comfortable. We liked having the garage to use. I encourage the owners to note that the kitchen is lacking in basics- there was nothing to use in the oven (cookie sheets/baking pans), no hot pads/trivets, and there is a small grill but no grill tools. Our biggest struggle was communication with the manager. We contacted the owner through AirBnB the evening we arrived about a missing amenity (listed in the online listing). I did not hear back from them until afternoon the next day when they told me to contact the "local" property manager. I called Carl who made me feel like I was completely inconveniencing him, told me he lived too far away but could get it to me the next day (2 days into a 4 day rental) or I could go get it myself. I would have packed differently had I known. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house did it's job, but it could have been an easier stay.
