Nestled just steps away from convenient transport options, the space is cleverly optimised, with cheerful decor and natural light dancing on the walls. With buses and trains nearby, adventures are easily within reach, while the serene neighborhood offers a welcome retreat. This delightful abode offers the perfect balance of accessibility and comfort. The Little Yellow House is all yours, and we have a beautiful little private back garden with a lovely deck. With the house being across from the railway line, sometimes the area around our little house is noisy, it's always a hive of activity. The house is conveniently located close to Vic Park station, which means you will hear the train. The most amazing food is all within a 10 minute walk from the house, and you will be spoilt for choice. not to mention that Optus stadium and the Crown are 2 train stops away. We are are proudly an inclusive stay and all guests of any background or community are welcome here into a safe space. Although our fron steps, limit our ability to host those with limited mobility, and our heritage listing inhibits our ability to change them, we offer a beautiful converted warehouse in Burswood that may be suitable. Other things to note: Our little house has two bedrooms. Please be aware that if you book for 2 people, only one bedroom will be available. If you require the 2nd bedroom, then a $40.00 linen fee will apply. We stock a basic pantry for your convenience, which includes: Coffee , Black Tea, Long Life Milk, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil. (and some treats!) Amenities in our cute little kitchen include a stove, (the stove is a gas stove, and you will find the lighter in the cutlery drawer) , a bar fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. The windows in both bedrooms have roller shutters. The controller for the roller shutter is located above the light switch. The Tv is controlled by Apple TV.
