Pets are welcome and there is a small enclosed concrete run outside your door. There is heating, hot water, towels, shampoo etc, so you just need to bring yourself. We provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits etc. There's a TV with DVD player and books are provided. There's no view, but the beach is just 50m away and our gorgeous beach hut nearby can be rented separately - please enquire. This is a lovely area for walking in both directions along the beach - towards the pier and Frinton in one direction and towards the Naze Tower, cliffs, backwaters and one of the UK's primary fossil sites in the other direction.
