A good place for us to stay for a few days, comfortable and warm in the winter

Great base for a couple of days. Would be great for a longer stay during the summer when everything on site is open. Lovely caravan, had everything we needed. Only thing I would mention is, during the wet winter months, take wellies/walking boots as the route from the car parking to the caravan is a boggy one! All grass and no path. Other than that, it was great! 🙂

The property and location were exactly what we expected from the descriptions and photos. Slight issue for us was the fact that we could not park next to the property to load and unload. Also stayed in winter and access was really wet and muddy. We had trouble with the heating system on arrival but the service person on hand was super helpful and friendly.. All in all a very nice place if you want to go for walks in nature and easy access to town as well.
