This spacious 3 bedroom caravan is located in a great location within Braydon water holiday park. The park has everything you need, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, gym, kids entertainment, bar, restaurant,shop and many other things to do. A short walk from castle ruins, walks and river yare and a short drive to beautiful beaches. The caravan itself has everything you need for a great break, with a family bathroom as well as a 2nd seperate toilet and 3 seperate bedrooms, room for 8 people The caravan is extra spacious due to the 12ft width (often 10ft). The living room and dining room is large and open to the kitchen making it a social place to prepare meals. The beds in the smaller rooms have enough space between them and there is the all important plug sockets next to the bed for charging the phones. The sofa converts to a bed for 2 people. Each room has wardrobes for storing clothes. There is parking beside the caravan for 2 cars.

The mobile home itself was fantastically situated. Excellent access to the broads and the beaches. Also, coarse fishing lakes abound! Beautifully clean, yet homely. You can tell that the standard of cleanliness is superior to that the park would offer. I would absolutely recommend this as a base to explore. The position could not have been more convenient. One of our boys left a bag (wealth of belongings behind) and the hosts ensured EVERYTHING was returned to us as soon as they could. These are the kind of host you want. There if you need them, not if you don’t. It would be remiss of me however not to mention that I would not recommend the site itself. The activity hub was closed earlier than stated everyday. If you purchase passes at £16+ pp activities are charged on top, which would be fine, if everything wasn’t booked up well in advance. This place is perfectly priced and perfectly placed for everything the area has to offer. Come here for that, not the clubhouse.
Had a lovely stay at Marks place over the banholiday weekend. caravan is very spacious and the 6 of us were suitably comfortable for a long weekend. Great dog walking onnthe door step, loads to see and do very close by. very happy with our stay, thankyou 😊
nice clean spacious caravan, host responsive campsite wasn't great, mini golf was closed swimming pool was very overcrowded entertainment was poor and we had to pay £60 in passes , just to use the overpriced bar.

Set in the norfolk broads there some great places to visit, in a short walk you can be at the castle ruins or the river yare.
Situated in close proximity to Gorleston's award winning beach with golden sand and Great Yarmouths golden mile that is the seafront lined with amusement arcades and rides and attractions.
The area also some has some nice days out for the kids with theme parks and zoos to choose from.
