Lewes (beach town) is 20 minutes away. Rehoboth/Dewey (resort beach towns) are 30 minutes away. Dogfish Head Brewery is 20 minutes away. There is a screened in porch with patio furniture and plenty of yard space. Must be 21+ to book. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (1 double and 1 twin) and 1 other twin Bedroom 2: 1 twin Bedroom 3: Office Space with a double futon mattress on the floor

Shana was very polite and super responsive. The house was very neat, organized and in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to local town amenities and restaurants.
We booked this place for a month for friends that were working on a job for us. They thoroughly enjoyed the space and surrounding area and what was around to offer. The place was just as described. Shana was great to communicate with and very responsive. Would recommend this to anyone if they are interested in visiting the area. Location is close to a lot of great places Delaware has to offer.
