The travel trailer was very nice and spacious...cold a/c and such a comfortable bed! We enjoyed feeding the horses their neigh neigh snacks and petting them. It was good to be away from the noise in Leesburg during the Bike Fest. We will definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough about Paul & Melissa’s RV. It was such a dream!! The RV was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Being able to wake up & see horses was an amazing experience. when you stay here, you have the opportunity to see all the livestock they have, feed them treats & see all the beautiful stars at night! I will love to book with Paul again!!

Loved our stay, the animals are very friendly and the area is so relaxing and peaceful. It was definitely a great experience to stay on a farm and interact with all the animals. The Wi-Fi is great with fast speed. There is no smell even though it is a farm. The shower and bed are a good size even for my 6”5 husband. Drive to the parks was only 48 minutes So the commute wasn’t bad. The stores (target, walmart, Walgreens, etc is only 12 miles away). Cons: you will never want to leave. We extended our stay twice because we wanted to stay longer. We were so sad to go back home. Paul was very friendly and we hope to stay again in the future.

A tranquil and relaxing stay! Paul and Melissa are perfect hosts, gracious and welcoming throughout our stay. Sharing their ranch experience with us, inviting us to interact with their animals and treating us to farm fresh eggs, just a few of the highlights. Our pup loved greeting the horses and seeing the goats daily, as did we. The luxury RV provided the comforts of home and we were afforded the privacy and ease to come and go as desired. Paul and Melissa were also available to answer our questions about the local communities, conversations we found beneficial for both this and future trips to the area. We highly recommend this property and our hosts Paul and Melissa. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
