Sleeps 6 1 x king bedroom 1 x twin bedroom 1 x double cabin bed 2 bathrooms We use professionally laundered bed linens and towels and pride ourselves in our high level of cleaning prior to your arrival. Optional extra - bath robe hire from our laundry service can be organised by request, there is an additional cost for bath robe hire. Please message for more details if you are interested in this. Enjoy watching our sheep in the adjoining paddock. The safari lodge tent is set in a tranquil valley with views all around. Comfy beds, great showers, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher & large fridge freezer. Outside space you will be spoilt for dining and relaxing choices, as well as the fabulous hot tub. East Devon is a fantastic place to explore, with the wonderful Jurassic Coastline just a short drive away, (nearest coast 6 miles) fantastic costal walks, the well known East Devon Way walk passes at the end of our drive, great vineyards for some local wine tasting, lovely farm shops, Dartmoor within an hours drive, the historic city of Exeter, crabbing at Axmouth, fossil hunting at Lyme Regis, Mackerel fishing at Beer, the Tram from Seaton to Colyton and paddle boarding at Sidmouth to name just a few! High season during school holidays 7 night minimum with Friday check in, at other times small break/stays can be requested.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay and what a lovely host. Nicola was responsive and flexible on arriving and leaving and even met us personally when we arrived. Even the log burner was lit!! She introduced us to many of her animals, including the new born lambs :) The accommodation was great fun, clean, really well equipped and flexible. Would definitely recommend others to stay here - you won’t be disappointed. The location is within easy drive of the coast and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The amenities such as sun deck, outdoor furniture, BBQ and hot tub were all super clean and fully working. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Nicola.
Absolutely magical stay at Flays Farm, we loved everything about it and cannot wait to return! So much to do in the local area too - from fossil hunting, crabbing, fab foodie places and more. Nicki was a fabulous host too - introduced us to the newborn lambs, the lovely alpacas and chickens and was so responsive and lovely throughout our stay. Many thanks again! 💚
We have just returned home after staying in the safari lodge and absolutely loved every second. In fact I'm going to find it hard to find a plethora of amazing words to describe it. It's not as good as all the pictures its EVEN BETTER. The lodge has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and had literally everything we could possibly wish for. Personal touches included flowers in the kitchen, homemade cakes, cereal and tea/coffee making items and there were also a good selection of games for the children to play in the lodge. Our host couldn't have been more amazing, providing us with logs on a daily basis, taking the children to see the newborn lambs and letting them feed the llamas. This is a rural location which suited us perfectly. There are plenty of walks from the area itself but jump in the car and you're only 10-20 minutes for lots of places to visit. We cannot wait to return, we feel totally refreshed and relaxed from such a glorious stay (even though it rained every

Loved our stay at Sheep Lodge. Lovely peaceful stay and it was easy to get to a variety of seaside destinations. Nicola was absolutely lovely and happy to help with whatever we needed! A rural East Devon location (Farmstay), Honiton is the local town & approximately 4 miles away - Honiton is a market town, markets on Tuesday and Saturday, there are lots of great antique shops, with many good places to eat, there is also a train station.
