Stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Stayed Saturday-Monday & Yancy let me check out late when requested. Host was very helpful and responsive the entire time. Parking was a little bit difficult because most people park on the street, leave their cars there, and typically Uber around. Lots of places to choose from on DoorDash, lots of bars, walkable but I chose Uber since I was in an unknown area. I liked how spacious everything was and you have two floors to choose from. Only thing was Saturday evening my partner & I were woken up by a nightclub somewhere across the street that had loud music playing until 3-4am. Besides that, the other neighbors in the building are good with noise control. Also comes with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, and a master bedroom. I would definitely come back here again in the summer time for a weekend to just relax.

Terrific stay! The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Cool layout with an upstairs floor that has the bedroom, a large walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The lower level has a nice sofa/chase lounge combo, thr kitchen, a dining table, and a half-bathroom. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. All kitchen appliances were great. Super clean. Very fast delivery from tons of nearby restaurants. Excellent location - close to Broad Street and to the I-95. I definitely will hope to stay at Yancy's again!

Place was very nice, WiFi was a little laggy. Yancy was very responsive and nice. The house has all new appliances and lovey lighting. Definitely would go back again.

I loved the places from top to bottom, I was able to get free parking everyday even after I left the home and came back regardless of the time of the day. The price was also in my budget and I feel like very fair for the stay. Only thing I would recommend is a bigger flat pot for cooking , and also trash bags under the sink for longer stays. Other than that, the place was great and the location was very discreet and not too busy but beautiful.

This place was absolutely amazing, and Yancy was a fantastic host! He was friendly, responded promptly and gave us recommendations for restaurants/activities to do in Philly. The place looked exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. The home was immaculate, smelled good and was beautifully decorated (also serves as an amazing place to take photos indoors before heading out). Street parking was available, but extremely scarce––and since the home was quietly located near the city center (about a 5 minute drive), I highly recommend utilizing a ride share (ie: Uber, Lyft, etc; the cost is also very cheap, as I paid no more than $10 per ride). There is also a walk up as the apartment is on the third floor (and the home has two floors) so no gym is required as you will surely get a work out in! All in all i would definitely recommend/stay at this location again! Thank you Yancy for being a wonderful host.
