Beautiful and modern apartment of 65 m² has two bedrooms and is located in the neighborhood of Las Letras, near Paseo del Prado. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. One room has a double bed and the other has a single bed. It also has a sofa bed. Included is a wifi connection, a coffee maker and bed linen and towels will be provided. For more information, please read the detailed description below. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The apartment can accommodate 5 people and is located on the second floor, which is accessed by elevator. Once inside, you will enjoy a living space with sofa, armchair and TV, as well as a dining table for 5 people. The kitchen is modern and equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooktop and all the necessary utensils. The bedrooms are bright and cozy, with a double bed in the first bedroom and a single bed in the second. The sofa is a bed and can accommodate a fourth and fifth person. Finally, two lovely bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating (heat pump) and air conditioning. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can prepare them for your stay.

El lugar de Fran y Marta está anidado en un vecindario encantador, lleno de historia e historias. Mucho de lo que una debe de experimentar en una visita a Madrid, queda no mas de 20 minutos caminando. El departamento es muy cómodo, y amueblado con todo lo necesario. Marta estuvo atenta en todo momento y hasta fue tan amable de dejarnos entrar un par de horas antes de la hora de check in. Justo a lado del edificio hay un magnifico lugar para tomar café y pasteles e incluso desayunar. Hay restaurantes de todo tipo a menos de 100 metros y el area se siente muy segura! Recomendaría este departamento sin dudar a cualquier persona. Yo misma pienso regresar pronto: ) Gracias Marta y Fran! Maru

Marta was incredibly helpful. You can’t beat the location. There were outdoor cafes right on the street and it was a five minute walk from the Prado museum.
Fran y Marta’s apartment met all of my expectations. It’s a great apartment, especially for long stays. I will do it again. The location was perfect. The neighborhood offered so much from restaurants, cafes and truly walkable to a lot of historical sights, shopping and amazing restaurants. Thanks again Fran y Marta. Hope to visit again!
Perfectly perfect 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. place felt freshly renovated. Everything was squeaky clean. Cute balconies in living room and in primary room. Close to eveything. Cafes, restaurants, cigar bars, tapas were all walking distance. Apartment located on the 3rd floor. Elevator useful. Pretty quiet. never saw anyone during our stay. The host thought of everything. She was kind to provide a local and a tourist attractions list. There was even an American charger for cell phones available. Overall 5 stars!!

The flat is located a few metres from the Prado Museum, in the Barrio de Las Letras.
This area has a traditional & historic vibe. There are plenty of restaurants and bars (Madrid's most famous jazz bar Café Central is here) and the atmosphere is calmer than other barrios.
You will be close to the Brown Bear Bakery, to a DIA supermarket and to many other commodities.

- Stop off for a bite to eat at Mercado San Antón, one of the city's most popular markets.
- Shopping in la Gran Via.
- Attend a Real Madrid game in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.

IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval of the DGT, otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, cab or VTC. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CAN NOT PARK ON THE STREET, YOU MUST USE PUBLIC PARKING.
