Lovely heritage cottage, very cosy, great location very close to shops & cafes

This house is in a great location just opposite Cooks Park a very easy walk to town. There is plenty of space for 2 couples and the heating works so well and nice to have electric blankets. We had an issue with the dust and spiders in the main bedroom, overall the house needed a big clean, and the key was so difficult to open the front door I contacted the host it took a day for a response, luckily we found some lubricant to spray the locks to fix the key issue. Unfortunately for us the spider issue and poor cleanliness of the property wasn't dealt with why we were there , the property manager was going to organise it after we left and was very thankful for me addressing the issue so they could get housekeeping to do a better job. So I hope that future guests have a cleaner house. Even with these issues I would definitely stay again as it's in a great location.

What a cute cottage! So picturesque! The place was super comfortable especially the beds! We also loved all the heating options as Orange can get a little chilly!

Really enjoyed the heritage represented in this home and in the area. Very unique. Fantastic location, with scenic park opposite and within short walking distance to town. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
