Rocky Mount is a quick drive to Smith Mountain Lake, Philpott Lake, and a short excursion to neighboring towns on the infamous Crooked Road. The Claiborne sits in the middle of the historic downtown area in walking distance from coffee shops, the Harvester Performance Center, wine bars and breweries, local restaurants, and eclectic shopping. The Claiborne's 130-ft wrap-around porch provides a beautiful vantage point to enjoy a glass of wine, a rocking chair, and a view of downtown Rocky Mount and surrounding mountain ranges.
