Welcome to The Cozy Hutt Home, your home away from home. It is a compact two-bedroom flat with own kitchen. Cook your comfort food or simply order online from your favorite take away shops close by. You won't miss your favorite TV shows on Netflix or YT videos with the provided Smart TV. It is just a 2-min drive going to the City Centre and close to transport links - rail, bus or motorway. The popular Brewtown is also nearby as well as the cycle trail, parks and kids playgrounds. There are two rooms available. Each has queen bed with pillows, bed linens, heater and electric blanket. The first room has a work desk and a comfy chair if you need to work or quickly catch up on your emails. Please note though that the second room with a queen bed setup is smaller suitable for 1 adult or two kids. A cot is available on request. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge and a 43-inch Smart TV. You can sign in with your own Netflix/Sky account or use ours if you don't have one. You can watch using Freeview for NZ channels or simply tune in to your favorite YouTube channel. A ducted heat-pump to keep you warm is installed in the living/dining room. Infinity hot water also installed. Yep, there is WI-FI, unlimited and included. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster if you like to cook. Plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots and pans are available for your use. Plenty of takeaway shops and food nearby. Order online via Uber Eats, Drive-thru or Dine-in with your favorite fast food shops - McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Aroy, Thai Restaurant fish and chips Quick list: - Kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker and oven - Cooking/Eating utensils available - Dining table - Bathroom with washing machine - 2 bedroom - Free WiFi - 43 inch Smart TV - One bedroom has work desk and comfy chair - Free Parking available - Close to town - small outdoor space

Good place to stay, a 2 minute drive to the town center and easy to communicate hosts.
This stay was good. It’s in a great location, as it’s not too far to visit Wellington if you want to. Nothing luxurious, but exactly what we were looking for.
Very tidy and lovely AirBnb unit equipped with most of the things you'll need. The place is comfy and cozy, have great beds and a nice bathroom. Lisa and Andy are great hosts and are very approachable when you need them. We had a great stay! Thank you for having us in your lovely home.

Clouston Park is a few blocks away from the Upper Hutt Mall and the surrounding shops.
This unit is a few steps away from Four Square, Mad Butcher for the "Oh I forgot to get..." moments. Or simply pass the time to do the laundry in Fergusson Laundromat - a self service laundry station.
Oh, and Brewtown is close too! Have a taste of local beer products with numerous craft breweries. Ride with the indoor Go-Kart track or have a go in the Ice-Skating Rink. There is also a 5-lane Ten Pin bowling alley while the young ones are in the 600 sqm Trampoline Park, or maybe join them there too. How about trying the indoor Paintball field too.
If traveling with kids, Maidstone Max is one of the best playground with state of the art skate park, half basketball court, pump track for scooters and bikes, flying fox and more. They'll love it!
Trentham Racecourse is also 2ks away.
Not too far are numerous must-visit tourist spots like Staglands Wildlife Park, Kaitoke Regional Park for the Lord of the Rings Rivendell, Te Papa Museum, Cuba Street Mall, Sky Stadium etc.
Upper Hutt train station is about 10 mins walk from the unit or simply hop in the bus in the nearby bus stop to get to the station. You can then choose to go to explore Wairarapa and visit the popular wineries or go to Wellington City. Download the metlink app for the bus and train schedules to save time and grab your tickets at the station.
