ECU Retreat is our charming guesthouse located across the street from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. The 400 square foot guesthouse features a full-size mattress in the loft area accessible by ladder. Below, you'll find a full-size bed on the ground level. The guesthouse does have a kitchenette with a 6 in 1 combo air fryer, refrigerator, and coffee bar. We live onsite with our friendly corgi and kids, ensuring that you have everything you need for a memorable stay.

This cozy space is perfectly located for any activities at ECU. It’s very well done on the inside and well worth what we paid. Tori, the host, was very responsive. Perfect for couples or small families
Tori was the perfect host! VERY responsive, very flexible. We had a great stay. Location to campus and downtown cannot be beat.
The sweet quaint cottage was the perfect place for our two night visit to ECU. Loved within walking distance! Great price & felt right at home!! Very adorable Corgi as well for welcome committee!!
Exactly as described. Visiting my daughter at ECU for some campus events. I wish I knew about this place sooner. The overpriced hotels have nothing on this adorable place that is right on the grid! Victoria was so friendly and thoughtful and proactively offered us a later checkout! It’s small, but it had everything we needed.
Tori and family were the most gracious hosts! The space was extremely clean and so cute. Feel like we have a new friend base in Greenville and definitely recommend!
