This modern studio with a view over the Danube bank and the unique building project it is a part of offers everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It can sleep up to two people, has a lovely balcony, and comes with a private parking space in the building's underground garage. It is situated near the riverside overlooking Óbuda Island, the largest Danubian island in Budapest, which is the home of the international (and rightly famous) Sziget Festival every August. The apartment is located in one of the green-roofed residential buildings of Waterfront City, a five-hectare construction project realised in Óbuda in district 3, close to the riverbank of the Danube. Buildings here are taller than average (the 13-storey ones are 45 meters, the 9-storey ones are 34 metres high), offering a beautiful panorama of the area. This particular home is located in one of the 13-storey buildings on the 8th floor, and has large glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces. It is fully accessible with the elevator and consists of a living room/sleeping area, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. It can comfortably sleep up to two people, so it's a perfect fit for couples (even young families) or solo travellers. In case you're travelling with a small child, please ask about baby amenities, as I can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath upon request and based on availability. In the living room/sleeping area there is a queen size bed, a dresser, an armchair, and an HD smart TV with Disney+, HBO Max (both of which you can use with your own accounts) and cable channels. This is also where you can find the fully equipped kitchen and a bar table with two bar chairs. You can also access the balcony offering panoramic views of the riverbank from here. There is a modern bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a toilet, which is also equipped with a washing machine. The ceiling cooling and heating system ensures ideal temperatures in every season. Please note that in the last phase of the Waterfront City project, three more buildings are in construction on the same site. The nearest will be expected to be finished by the end of 2024. Work usually takes place on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm, and the noisiest part is done, so closing the windows should keep any potential noise out.
