This Condo is located in the center of Downtown Hartford, and in the most ideal location when visiting for work or touring. This newly renovated condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, fully equipped with brand-new Stainless steel appliances, and fast wifi! The living area has a comfortable couch that turns into a sleeper queen sofa bed and a flat-screen UHD TV. There's a washer and dryer on each floor so you can pack light and always have fresh clothes on hand during your stay. We're excited to welcome you to Hartford and provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay. Inside our well-appointed space, you'll find everything you need for a fantastic stay. The living area is a cozy spot to unwind after a day of adventure, and our fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals or simply brew your morning coffee. The kitchen has brand-new appliances that include a - Stainless Steel Stove - Stainless Steel Fridge - Stainless Steel Dishwasher - Microwave - Kettle - Drip Coffee Maker - Pots, Pans, Utensils and Clay Dishware The bedroom has a plush memory foam queen bed with 4 fluffy pillows. There is also a cute desk and chair facing the window so you can enjoy the fresh air while you work and write. There is a closet for your clothing and always fresh hotel-quality towels and linens. We designed the space to be a haven that we would enjoy coming to ourselves, so we hope you enjoy it! The building also has a gym, aerobics studio, and game room. * Please note that the building is renovating the front patio of the building, however, construction only starts at 10 am and finishes by 6 pm so you won't have an issue with noise.

This place looks like the pictures shown. The furniture and decoration look modern and new. The location is great as it is right in the downtown area. However, the bathroom is very old and smells like pee. The building is very old and, from the outside, it looks like it is falling apart. There is construction happening around and there is big puddle of water in the entrance. The common areas smell like food and look dirty and you can hear a LOT of noise coming from the other apartments at night.
