Spacious property with a pool. Mattresses were quite firm however, automatically activated flashing lights in bedrooms meant every time you turned over they would flash on/off again. Check in was quite late in the day (from 4pm)

Beautiful villa, loved the outside space. Lots of different places to relax. The only thing I could say is that I personally dont think the living area would accommodate 4 people as there is just the one sofa, so would be a bit tight, not that you go there to watch tv! The rest of it has lots of space, nice and private. Really close to amenities. Would definitely recommend

Very enjoyable stay. Host communication was excellent and we found the villa exactly as detailed in the listing with very accurate photo depictions. Clear arrival instructions and information ensured a seamless easy self-checkin. While a little bit dated around the edges the villa is good value for money in Playa Blanca. The home is very comfortable, clean and on arrival everything was spotless, very tidy and kitchen very well stocked with cooking utensils, equipment and cutlery etc. As a detached villa, there is lots of space and great outdoor areas with seating options and pool was great amenity. Great private off street parking in the villas gated front driveway. Linen change and pool cleaning carried out during our stay. Cleaning staff very friendly and polite. Great location in easy walking distance to the marina. Fabric couch in the lounge is a bit tired and would benefit from cleaning/upgrade. Great villa, in great location, at a good price.

There were some bulbs which were not working but these were replaced on the same day we flagged the problems. There was supposed to be soap but there was only an empty soap dispenser by one sink in one bathroom and no shower gel, which would have been nice to have been included.
