Offering direct access to the popular sandy beach at Croyde, this dreamy one-storey apartment is excellent for wild swimmers, surfers and anyone else who adores the sea. Wake up to coastal views and take quiet early-morning walks along the sand, which you can access directly through a private gate from the accommodation. This seaside property has space for up to three guests, so would suit a holidaying couple or a small group of family or friends. On arrival, climb the steps to your front door and enter the welcoming lounge/diner, a beautifully decorated space with modern mullioned windows. There are French doors leading out to your private balcony – on warm days, leave them ajar to let the fresh air in as you relax on the plush sofas. The walls are decorated in peaceful blues, with sea-themed artwork adding to the charm. There’s a wooden table and chairs with space for six; ideal for if you have friends round for food, which you can prepare in the modern kitchen. The balcony is a lovely spot for sitting with morning coffee as you watch the waves lap at the shore, and there’s also a shared lawn area with benches, where you can sizzle up a BBQ for some alfresco dining on warm evenings. Croyde is a vibrant seaside village with traditional cottages and a community of local surfers. You’ll find quirky shops, cafés and a pub all within a mile of the apartment. You’re within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with gorgeous sand dunes, enchanting moorland and lovely sea views all around. To bask in the outstanding scenery, walk along the South West Coast Path 1.5 miles north to the craggy headland at Baggy Point, perhaps continuing along to Putsborough Beach (3 miles) and onto the pretty village of Woolacombe (5 miles).
