Evyatar’s place was an excellent spot to stay for a couple nights while visiting Boston. Quiet and clean.

Enjoyed a few days here to tour Boston. The room was cozy and had everything needed to unwind. Great location to hop on the highway to get into the city. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and there’s a walking trail easily accessible to the room which made for a beautiful walk. A Stop and Shop is conveniently located within walking distance as well. Evyatar was responsive and provided immediate info upon check in.

Evyatar’s place was very cozy and in the ideal location. It is perfect for a weekend get away. It is slightly cold in the winter but great for a short stay.

Evyatar's guesthouse was just what I needed for one night, and the place is pretty much as advertised, but describing it as ‘delightful’, ‘well-equipped’, and a ‘home away from home’ is optimistic in comparison to many other airbnb listings I stayed at. The remodeling was incomplete, with a column still broken open and some walls painted only halfway. There was nowhere to put clothes: no closet, wardrobe, or cupboard (the drawer chest shown in the pictures wasn't there), not even a hook to hang a coat or a towel. Essentials were limited to a near-empty bottle of body wash. As another guest noted, this is not a place where you can sleep in: you hear footsteps and voices from above loud and clear (at 7am on a Saturday), and the windows have no blinds. None of that prevented me from having a warm meal and a good night's sleep, mind you, but I would recommend the place for short stays only.
