This place is a 10/10!! Apartment exactly as described and photographed, immaculately clean, lovely balcony/terrace, quiet spot in Busy Playa De Las Americas. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Host was fantastic, communication was a breeze. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next visit Tenerife.

Very new and high quality. Location is in a relatively quiet residential area, close to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as the sea front. The amenities list includes a washing machine, but the apartment didn't have one. Overall, it was very good.

This place is very pristine. The apartment ( ca. 27 m² )was very tastefully furnished in a modern style and a spacious terrace of ( ca. 10 to 12 m²) . It contains a small kitchen, where you can cook small meals. The bath was spacious and had one of the best showers I had seen since a long time. I stayed at the place for six weeks. It could, according to advertising, take up to three people because it has also a sofa bed. But I assume that in that case you will stomp on each other’s feet. I came with two big luggages , and was happy that I could put them onto the terrace. As I inquired about cleaning of the apartment I was informed that they are just an apartment type stay and cleaning is not included. However, they were so kind to clean the apartment and change the bed linen free of charge once every week. If you stay for a longer period, you will also have to find a laundry, as there is no washing machine or tumbler. I found one a 15 min. bus drive and short walk away.

Well equipped apartments near the beach. Terrace is a huge plus. As it is advertised, that this apartment can be used with up to 4 persons, I wouldn’t suggest to do so, because this would be very small.
