Great place, near to the sea and to a lot of restaurant. Excellent host - responded promptly to all our questions.

Had a great stay. Olga met us herself and showed the place. There was everything a family with kids might need in the apartment. And a great view from the terrace where we enjoyed our dinners. There are few restaurants around however we did not hear any noise. And three is a grocery shop in the same building which is very convenient. Very happy with our holiday and would be staying again.

Superb apartment for 4 (or less) people, unless you enjoy sleeping on a leather couch… Fantastic location to enjoy Las Americas, could not be better with quick access to restaurants, promenade, beach, shops and everything else. The stay would definitely have been better had we not been woken up 3 times early in the morning by excruciating sounds from construction work in the community area right next door. The possibility of this happening (scheduled by the community) should have been made known to us by the owner, as we may have reconsidered and found another place.
