Perfect for what we wanted. Close to Misverstand Dam, so could boat all day and then chill at Elma’s. The pool was perfect, esp in the high 30s temp. We had air con in our rooms. Fresh bread and farm eggs greeted us. Elma is the perfect host. Thankyou.

There are not enough superlatives to describe what a phenomenal host Elma is. Her house is exquisite - beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. There are homey touches throughout, but nothing is cluttered or superfluous. She is responsive to all needs and requests and makes herself available to her guests for any and all needs. She is a font of knowledge about the area and gives fantastic recommendations for anything you might want to do, and for any special requests we had during the time we were in Elma's gorgeous home. Elma exemplifies hospitality and I would return again and again to her home for some R&R and a truly special getaway. Thank you Elma, for everything!

This is the best place to shut off, rest and recharge! The house is beautifully renovated and decorated, the area I peaceful as well. Elma was an amazing host! She is extremely responsive, helpful and provides tons of information upfront. Great house for a group of friends as there’s tons of entertaining space and the rooms are private with their own bathrooms. Also, Elma provided tons of amenities including air fryer, fans, kitchen utensils, great braai area etc. will definitely be back especially to do a little star gazing!
