Go to sleep to the sound of the waves and wakeup refreshed ready for an inviting morning walk on the sand or to Moffat Headland where you can take in the glorious ocean views. Your four legged family members are also welcome! You will love this home because - 4 spacious rooms with very comforable beds including : Bedroom 1 - 1 X King Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 X King Bed Bedroom 3 - 1 X Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 X King Bed All linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The home is spacious, air conditioned, with two fully equiped kitchens, several entertaining areas, and convenient lift. The home faces east, with the main bedrooms, office, and entertainment areas enjoying the spectacular sunrise view over the pacific ocean. The entertainer kitchen, day bed, outdoor BBQ and dining area, enjoy a northerley aspect with views over Watson Park. All rooms are spacious with build in cupboards.

A spectacular home in a fantastic location! Easy walk across the road to Shelly Beach or you can walk along the shore line to the main beach in town and to restaurants. The home is very high end. Well appointed kitchen and an open floor layout. We loved our stay here!

I have stayed at scores of AirBNBs and other rental stays across the globe over many years and I have to say this house has it all and is one of the best homes I have had the pleasure of staying at. If you are after an immaculate home metres from the beach with all the amenities, comfy beds, pool, fully equipped kitchen and a wondering host in Juanita then this is the one. Great for a family and your favourite pooch. I cant recommend this home enough. We will be back.
It was genuinely the nicest we have ever stayed in. We were staying with our extended family and the separation of the upstairs downstairs is perfect if you are staying with multiple families. The house, locations and pool looked better than the photos and everything was well equipped. We will definitely be stay again.

Shelly Beach is a wide, sandy, unpatrolled beach that curves between the two headlands of Moffat and Kings Beach. It is a quiet, peaceful place to explore, and is the nesting place for local turtles. There is a large park of native bushland across the road that sits on the southern face of Moffat Headland. Take a walk up to the top of Moffat Headland to see the stunning view (and the migrating humpback whales between July - October), and wander back along the informal pathways meandering through the park.
It is also a short stroll to the many cafes and shops at Moffat Beach.
The Coastal Pathway from Golden Beach in the South to Currimundi in the North runs past the front of the house. It is a 10 minute stroll to the cafes at Moffat Beach.
