Relax in the separate TV and board game room, or head out to the oversized patio. 2 washers and dryers, free covered parking for 2 cars, and 3 full bathrooms

Monica’s place was amazing.! The views were breathing taking. The extra touches (binoculars, coffee bar, fireplaces) really made our stay feel special.
Loved being here off season and having the whole place! So convenient to downtown, spacious and amazing views
We had a great stay at this place, spacious room, close to downtown, walkable distance to many restaurants. House is super clean, beautiful view at the dinning area, high recommended!!!
An outstanding stay and an absolute steal for the price
The stay at Monica’s was absolutely fantastic. The home was exactly as described. Monica’s home was well furnished, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Monica was very responsive to questions. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our few days here and plan to return when we visit Anchorage again.
