This place was great! Close to town and the host was nice as well. He was extremely responsive and I’m grateful we had a place to stay. I had a very important training on JBER and it was a last minute drive from Delta Junction. My buddy thought his airBNB had booked but it didn’t so we were essentially homeless for the night lol. Our host helped us out tremendously for allowing our stay so last minute and for only one night. Will return.

Enjoyed our stay at James’ place, it was a great place to call home base while we were in town for a few days. Kitchen is big and had newer appliances and a handful of extras, beds were cozy and the shower was awesome!! James was quick with any and all communication. House is comfy and easy to find, liked that parking is off the street, felt secure. It is at an intersection so you do hear traffic but it’s not heavy and didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay here again when in town!

Great location, easy to get to the downtown restaurants on foot (between 10-20 minutes), or car (5 minutes). Quiet place despite the proximity to a busy street. We loved using the sauna. The space is free of clutter. The host was super responsive when we needed him, and was proactive on a small maintenance item that popped up. Highly recommended.
