Very comfortable place, exactly as described, with especially good kitchen amenities (I have never stayed in an Airbnb with clean and good quality glass Tupperware). If you're going to use the hot tub, do bring a swimsuit because while it's a very relaxing and fun experience, there's very little privacy in the balcony as it is surrounded by other apartments and families playing in their yard. Kristen is an extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive host.

We really enjoyed our first stay in Alaska, It was a working trip but the space had everything we needed To feel at home. Kristen was an awesome communicator and extended my stay without any issues. We would highly recommend the unit to others.

This unit was perfect for our needs while in Anchorage. Kristen was quick to respond any time we had any questions. The hot tub was great, especially after days full of appointments!

Kristen’s unit is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, right next to downtown and a short trip from the great restaurants in Midtown. It is in a 4 plex and the entrance side is very safe. The condo had a bartini mixer and a hot tub which is awesome. I didn’t use either but wish I did! The beds and furniture were very cozy and the Keurig station was well stocked. Thanks for the great stay!
