Our experience was okay.. The lift to the apartment is a cool asset but if you do book this place please remember to LOCK the elevator from your floor. THIS IS STATED IN THE CHECK-IN GUIDE but we did not.. and had a women walk into the apartment while we were lounging around. We take full responsibility for that! But also was anxious every time we heard the lift.. We took our Rubbish home as the bin in the kitchen was full and a used sanitary product left on top. Host was responsive & apologetic about the rubbish and reassured us cleaners will be contacted and that once you lock the elevator from your floor you are secure! Also just touching on the Boarded up windows on entrance and the lift wall being stripped away was still present. Car Park had a gap that anyone could access but used a shopping trolly to try block anyone from entering and surrounding area didn't feel to safe. We really aren't one to complain but all factors considered we decided to leave.

I was a bit disappointed in the rental. The advertisement of a penthouse conjures thoughts of a clean, modern lobby, garage and apartment. The building is a bit shabby on the outside and surrounded by some out of business shops. The lobby and elevator are in worn condition. The underground carpark space is open to the elements and has a lot of mud in the space. The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. A few things did not work properly or were missing but we managed to work around these issues. The apartment is not friendly for mobility challenged people. On the plus side, the company that owns the unit has done a good job of providing very comfortable bedding and sofas. The management company was friendly and responsive with communications. The apartment has a spectacular view. The sunrise view is a must see. The apartment is walking distance to many good restaurants and attractions. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
