Endless options for relaxation and recreation await you! This cozy bungalow is an open concept design with bedrooms off the living room area and plenty of bathrooms so no one needs to wait. The ensuite bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the kids room. You will find the spaces furnished with a Scandinavian modern aesthetic, keeping things simple and clean with optimal light. Through the sliding patio doors you will find the patio, equipped with a gas BBQ, a small bistro table and a lounge area for socializing or relaxing.

I’ve been an Airbnb member a long while. Alison is one of the very best hosts we have encountered . The cottage is beautiful and very modern with many many personal touches. Terrific place to stay.

The house is located on a private road restricted to owners and guests. With few cars and crowds the area is quiet and safe for kids. There is a small public access beach around the corner (5 min walk) which is out of the way of the marina traffic and a good place to go for a swim or just sit and enjoy the water.
A few small restaurants and convenience stores are found 15-20 walk away. Otherwise, it's primarily a residential, boating and fishing community.
While the area is developing rapidly, transit access is limited. Guests will require a vehicle for most excursions.
Guests are welcome (even encouraged) to bring their bikes to enjoy riding through the neighbourhoods or along the country roads. Groceries and other shops are a 15 mins bike ride away.

Quiet, courteous and friendly. I don't travel often but enjoy going off the beaten trail when I do. I love photography, technology and sharing ideas. I am an animal lover and enjoy spending time in my garden when I'm not trying my hand at home improvement and woodworking. I do speak some French; enough to carry on an easy conversation. Don't ask me to explain the Theory of Relativity in French though. Come to think of it, don't ask me to explain it in English either. E=MC². That's all I've got.
