Erika’s place is the perfect location for us when visiting our family-right around the corner! The walk to the door is absolutely beautiful with fragrant flowers and a lovely outdoor space available for use. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s definitely added to our list of Alameda Airbnbs.

Well set up for a business traveler like me. It is the lower level of a lovely Victorian, and setup as a split-level so the entire area can get natural light which I enjoy. Kitchen was great with a full stove and dishwasher. I like that the bathroom has storage for toiletries. Has a nice outside area that looks like it would be enjoyable (weather was bad when i was there). Erika was very responsive and helped provide a kitchen item I didn't have with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Erika's backyard oasis is just that. It's also a very thoughtfully designed base for a short or long term visit. Spotlessly clean--well equipped--comfortably furnished--uncluttered rooms--attractive outdoor space for relaxing. A quiet residential location close to everything in Alameda.
