It is the place with the most famous restaurants and attractions. It's the bus stop right in front and there's a convenience store in the building. You can enjoy Hongdae street performances and delicious local food.

地理位置非常好，整个入住过程也很贴心
麻雀雖小，五臟俱全的地方，離弘大、延南洞很近，住宿地點前的公車站十分方便！
It was okay for the money I guess, it is really small though. This wouldn't be to mind about. However, in the early morning it was often loud in the hallways and cigarette smoke came in my room. That was uncomfortable for me. The room itself has everything necessary, the TV seems to not work. It was an experience. The location is directly close to Hongdae. Jeremy is a very nice host! I spent a week here and my first days in Korea.
It’s so valuable! Every thing you need is in your room~ It’s good choice for solo travel. Host is nice and responsible very fast~ Thank you and see you next time!
Jeremy was very responsive in all my questions and also helped me with a few favors. He also let me store my luggage for a few days after checking out. The place is located right in front of the bus station so it’s easy to go around. There is also a rooftop with a great view, where the laundry and dryer are located.
