Lennice's place was exactly as listed, and a perfect place to say near Lake Monticello where I was visiting family members. Lennice was a proactive and thoughtful communicator, providing clear and detailed directions to the place which, as others have noted, could be tricky to find otherwise. The accommodations were clean and comfortable (including the bed). WiFi worked great. I met Lennice (and her dog) briefly and they were both welcoming and friendly. As noted, there is no "kitchen" per se, but the fridge was full-sized, coffee maker and microwave worked great, and fruit and snacks were thoughtfully provided, as well as both dishes and paper plates. In summary, I had everything I needed during my stay. Recommended.

I stayed a month here and I loved every second of it. The most notable pieces of it are the amount of natural lighting as well as the deck. I loved my morning coffee zen moments!!! Thanks for having me and my kitties!!

Great airbnb and exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great communication with owner and when light over stairs wasn't working they got it working quickly. This is a wonderful place to stay for a few nights in the area and we had our puppy and it worked out fine to have him there. Thank you Lennice.

Had a very comfortable stay. Setting was tucked in the woods, made sitting on the deck very enjoyable. Cabin like atmosphere with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Great mattress topper. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and close to many things! Had many amenities. Flexible check in was very appreciated!
