This relaxing getaway is a one of a kind, located on the lower level of Owner’s Private Residence. This unique Log cabin home has a style all its own. Quaint PRIVATE Guest Suite Setting complete with Efficiency kitchen, Queen Bed in private bedroom, living room with sofa bed. Enjoy your Beautiful covered porch and private entrance. The Suite is on the lower level of owner occupied home that sits directly on the Chattahoochee River. Two Adults ONLY-PLEASE ….not two and your family or friends. Lower porch is covered, entrance into the Guest Suite is thru a sliding glass door that also has foot locks. Front room is a nice relaxing space with a smart TV and Pop up queen size sofa bed. Linens are stowed under Lounge section of couch. The Bedroom is next with a Queen Size bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, smart tv and wall fan, extra blankets are located in bottom drawers. Lots of Board Games in Bottom Drawers of Chest. Bedroom is attached to the bathroom, towels are located under the sink. Full size bathtub/shower. A assortment of backup items are for your use if needed. Please bring your own Bath/shower products The Kitchenette/Laundry room is well equipped. Kuerig single Coffee maker, 12 Cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender and crockpot and gas grill. Dishes/paper products/glasses/cup and assorted condiments are in the cupboard. Refrigerator/Freezer & Full-size washer/dryer are also located in This area.

This was a last minute get away for me. It was the perfect place and location for me! I could not have asked for anything more! Tracy was a great host! Hopefully I will be able to stay there again.
Our trip was so peaceful and enjoyable. Tracey is a great host and provided little “extras” during our stay which just added to the charm of the place. Would definitely recommend for couples who are seeking a quiet little getaway.😊
Tracey’s Place was just perfect for my husband and I! We enjoyed the patio on the river and how cozy it was. We also enjoyed the live music coming from across the river at Hofbraunhaus Restaurant! Please go eat there! Great food at great prices with a great atmosphere!!
This place was so adorable! Absolutely loved it. The porch area is a great place to hang out and just relax! Tracey was very responsive and answered any and all questions we may have had! We will definitely be back for our next Helen visit 😊
What a great place! The bottom floor of a riverside chalet right on the Chattahoochee. Easy to find, great host, great amenities and everything you need for a couples getaway to explore the Alpine village of Helen and the surrounding area. We really enjoyed the patio with the river flowing by, both at night and during the day. Plenty of food choices in walking distance as well as a market for any sundries you may need including beer/wine etc. The efficiency kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks along with a microwave & full fridge. Next time we visit, if available, this will be our basecamp! Cheers to Tracey & Rita who were great hosts!

The Cabin is located on the North end of the charming Bustling German-style town of Alpine Helen, GA. It is perfectly located as it is within quick walking distance to everything Helen has to offer.
2 Blocks from Main Street
5 minute walk to City Center and stores, ride the go-karts, slide down the water slides, fishing, tubing, rafting, hiking and exploring all that North Georgia has to offer.
Trout fishing is right out your door, close to a great fishing hole (must acquire a trout fishing License and your own gear)
Restaurants:
Hofbrauhaus is located right across the River, King Ludwig Biergarten, Old Bavaria Inn, Betty's Country Store, Hofer's and Alpine Cafe are all about a 6 minute Walk. Longest walk across town is about 20 minutes
Easiest way to move about town is to walk. parking Downtown is $10/day but you are welcome to park at the house before/after your stay. Feel free to bring your Bikes. Golf Cart rental is available for $100 per stay send me a message to reserve it as others have right to reserve, Thank you
