We stayed with Ed and Murphy for two months and enjoyed every minute. Ed was friendly, always available and responsive to our every need. Our dogs loved the big backyard and playing with Ed's dog Murphy. Ed is an incredible host and an incredible person. We have already made a reservation for next year!

Well this was one of my most enjoyable stays at airbnb's. I was there to visit my daughter and the location was perfect for that. I had my dog with me and so many nice places close by to walk her. Very close (walkable) to lovely restaurants and stores and of course lots to do in Gainesville. The town can get crowded but this little nook of quiet street was just lovely. Ed so helpful!!! Very comfortable bed and basic amenities. Not a place where you would cook big meals but this wasn't important for me. When I come back I will try to get this place again!!!!

Everything was as advertised, we found the place to be very clean and neat as we arrived. We were welcomed to check in early. Linen and bedding was nice and clean and smelled wonderful. The restaurant’s were very close, just a couple miles and were some of the best food we have ever eaten. This is a great place to stay, very nice and quiet neighborhood. We will be back.
