Chic Apartment Macci is a brand new spacious apartment located in the historic center of Florence, a few minutes away from the Duomo and all main attractions of Florence. Modern and bright, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 service bathroom. It can host 6 persons. It is wonderfully furnished and equipped with any comfort, like fast WiFi, Smart TV, and AC, parquet floor. The perfect place for your Florentine experience!. Also ideal if you come by car! Located on the second floor without elevator of an ancient Florentine building, this charming apartment offers 2 double bedrooms (one with a king bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 full bathroom with shower and 1 service bathroom), and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The apartment opens onto a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining table, with a wonderful ceiling with ancient frescoes, the kitchen opens on the spacious and bright living area with 2 bright windows, double sofa bed and armchairs, and Smart TV. From the living room you access the sleeping area: on the left is the master double bedroom (with KING BED of 180cmx200cm) and on the right is the second bedroom with ensuite (service) bathroom, that can be prepared with a double bed or with a single bed. The apartment is furnished with a beautiful parquet floor.

Good location and nice.
Loved staying here! Everything was seamless and the apartment has everything you need! Check-in and check out was easy! The locations is wonderful and walking distance to everything! I would definitely stay here again!
This apartment is fabulous! The host Elena was very helpful and made checking in and out seemless. The location is a short 8-10 minute walk to the city center and only a 5 minute walk to Scuola Toscana, where we took Italian lessons (also highly recommended). The apartment is spacious, meticulously cared for and provided everything we needed for a week long stay. A great bonus is the large shower and comfortable beds. Elena’s apartment is even better in person than in the photos!! I highly recommend staying here.

What a gem of a place. The neighborhood is full of great places to eat from breakfast through dinner. It’s located close enough to walk to a lot of beautiful places like the duomo and the Academy Gallery where the David can be seen! The place itself was clean and comfortable. I was having a hard time booking a cab to the airport so Elena arranged one for us. I thought that was really sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our time!

The apartment is situated in the lively and characteristic Santa Croce district in the historic center of Florence, close to the famous Sant'Ambrogio market and to all artistic and cultural sights of the city.
The famous Duomo by Brunelleschi is only a few steps away, as well as all other amazing attractions of the Renaissance city, like Piazza Santa Croce and its marvelous church, Piazza della Signoria, the Gallery of Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Accademia with the unique David statue by Michelangelo.
The picturesque Sant'Ambrogio fruit and vegetable market and the antique market are minutes away.
The neighborhood offers everything you may need during your stay. You'll have everything at your doorstep: pastry shops and cafè, fine restaurants, wine bars, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, and gardens.
Here you can taste the best dishes of Tuscan and Florentine cuisine for an informal lunch, a rich aperitif or a romantic dinner.
how to reach the apartment:
FROM THE TRAIN STATION: To reach our apartment from the Santa Maria Novella train station, I recommend a taxi which will take you to the apartment in about 15 minutes (approximately € 16-19 plus 1€ for each luggage). The station is a 25 minute walk from the apartment.
FROM THE AIRPORT: To reach our apartment from Florence Airport, I recommend a taxi which will take about 20 minutes (€ 22-30 plus 1€ for each luggage).
BY CAR: The apartment is also ideal for all arriving by CAR, the nearest garage (Garage Bargello) is only at few meters away, 7 minutes walking.
*The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone area, so if you get by CAR please reserve your parking spot in advance.
