Martesa was great, her place was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay

The good notes: Martesa is very responsive and allowed us a later check out which we greatly appreciated. The inside is decently nice and looks like the pictures. The beds were comfy and it was great for the one night we needed. Check out was easy. The projector and games were cool additions. The not so good notes: It was not the cleanest and we found underwear left in the dryer and empty caprisuns behind the couch when something fell behind there. I just think the cleaning people skip a lot of corners. The place is directly behind what I'm assuming is the owners home which isn't a huge deal but wasn't in the listing and we typically avoid air bnb's like that. Our biggest distaste however was the smell. There was a strong sewage smell that worsened every time a toilet was flushed or shower was used. By the time we left going from outside back inside the smell was almost unbearable.

property provided plenty of space with 2 living spaces and a dining room that all connected. Beds were comfortable and a lot of furnishings are brand new. Kitchen needs a little love but we did not plan on cooking much, so it was fine. Host was responsive to questions and left us a welcome basket which we loved.
