The kitchen is convenient and outfitted for the chef with a sleek ZLine gas cooktop and oven, Williams-Sonoma cookware and everything you need for a group meal. One of my favorite features of the kitchen are the intriguingly beautiful countertops. Original shiplap surrounds the interior along with original antique hardware on the doors and windows. The bathrooms are fully updated with new tile flooring, showers, sinks and cabinets. There's so much to discover on the inside of this home, but I can't ignore the backyard. The pristine and sparkling San Marcos River carves out it's own space in the backyard of The River House. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the slow-flowing waters below as the occasional canoe or river folk floats by. Take a few steps down the stairs to the water and have a relaxing float of your own on one of our many watercrafts provided to guests. A brand new, water-level dock invites you to jump into one of our many provided watercraft and enjoy the nature that surrounds you.
