Clean with lots of space. Very well appointed. Very convenient location. We have a daughter at Tx St and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in San Marcos at the Hopkins Street Retreat. The apartment was plenty spacious the 3 of us to have our own rooms. We did not cook anything but there were pots, pans, dishes, etc available for anyone who would choose to go that route. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, within walking distance. Additionally, the property manager (Ann) was kind enough to suggest her favorite places to eat in the area. I would absolutely stay there again. Fabulous accommodations and top notch AirBnB listing.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was very clean, excellent instructions for the stay. PERFECT LOCATION. We will definitely stay here every time we visit San Marcos.

The home was beautiful and clean. We felt safe and right at home. So many places that were walking distance which is a plus. I would recommend this home to friends and family if they wanted to float the SM River or hop around the bars for a night out.
